I tried lamb hot pot from Auntie Gems Kitchen tonight and was not disappointed. I think this may have been the first time I have ever had lamb hot pot in my life and I definitely will be again. The thinly cut potato topping came out of the over crispy and golden. The chunks of lamb and vegetables were a pleasure to see and the taste was superb. Well done Auntie Gems Kitchen, you have done it again.
