I had this today and enjoyed it immensely. When I took it from the glass dish the smell and the bright colour tempted my taste buds and they were not disappointed. I had it with brown rice which worked really well with the crunch of the peanuts. After I had finished my plate I went back to the glass dish and scrapped it clean so that I didn’t miss out on any of this dish.
