- Glass Dish Deposit
We require a deposit for the glass dishes which will be returned upon return of the glass dishes. The deposit is non-refundable and is only required for the first order.

If you receive a product that you believe is not as described, please contact us at info@auntiegemskitchen.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the product and we will attempt to resolve the issue.

We ship our products within the UK and delivery is free for local pick up or delivery within 20 miles of Weston Super Mare. Shipping rates for other locations can be found on our website. We will make every effort to deliver products to you within the estimated delivery time provided on our website, but we do not guarantee delivery dates.
- Return and Refunds
We will accept returns of products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@auntiegemskitchen.co.uk. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
